As soon as they are old enough to begin understanding who they are, place them into a system that teaches them it is wrong to be themselves if they are different from what is considered normal.

Require their daily attendance at institutions that limit their focus to only the information provided.
Keep them there from early childhood into adulthood, testing them repeatedly so that information becomes accepted as truth.

Constantly remind them of past cruelty and broadcast present conflict so they begin to fear one another.
Convince them that their existence is random and without purpose, so they struggle to find meaning or consider a creator.

Promote artificial standards of beauty so they compare themselves constantly and never feel satisfied.
Create digital platforms that measure their worth through numbers, so their value becomes tied to approval and attention.
Build an economy where money determines success, but make it difficult to obtain so most people remain in constant struggle.
Take their time and energy through work, then give them small breaks so they feel rewarded and do not resist.
Encourage consumption of harmful substances in social settings so even their free time disconnects them further.
Make unhealthy food cheap, accessible, and addictive so consumption becomes constant.
When this leads to illness, provide treatments that manage symptoms rather than addressing the cause.
